Terms

These terms cover using this website, including the instant estimates and online booking. The website is run by NAF Electrical (Electrical Contractor Licence 374694C), Wagga Wagga NSW.

Instant estimates

An instant estimate is a guide price worked out from the answers you give. It isn’t a quote. Nelson confirms the final price in writing before any work starts, once he’s seen the job or photos of it. The price can change if the job turns out to be different from what was entered (for example more circuits, asbestos, or access problems). Prices include GST unless they say otherwise.

Travel is free within the distance shown on the estimate pages, measured by road from Wagga Wagga. Past that, travel is charged per kilometre, there and back. The distance is worked out from the address you pick and may be checked.

Booking a time

Online booking is available after an instant estimate. Each booking is a morning (from 7:30am) or afternoon (from 1pm) visit. A booking is for Nelson to come out at that time. The work itself goes ahead once you’re happy with the written price.

Urgent bookings (within about 24 to 72 hours) have an extra urgent fee, shown when you book. Urgent bookings are subject to approval: they’re only confirmed once Nelson calls you.

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please let us know as early as you can by replying to your confirmation email or calling 0416 085 416. Sometimes we may need to move a booking (for example for weather or an emergency job); if so, we’ll contact you to find another time.

Payment

Payment terms are set out in your written quote or invoice.
